Product details

BCA-6 keeps the main cooling equipment outside the operator’s cab. It can serve a new cabin evaporator or a compatible existing one, with the module and cabin equipment specified together for the required cooling duty.

External enclosure preserves space inside the cab.

Compressor drive, condenser fans and supporting circuit components grouped together.

915 × 475 × 400 mm nominal body envelope.

What you get

The selected BCA-6 build includes its compressor drive and condenser equipment; the quotation identifies pressure switches, receiver drier, oil separation and other supplied items. The cabin evaporator and connecting circuit are separate selections. Nominal equipment weight is 93 kg, excluding installation items and packaging.

Fit & installation

System components

The BCA-6 combines the compressor drive and condenser. A matched cabin evaporator, connecting refrigerant circuit and controls complete the air-conditioning installation.

Drive installation

Keep the module cooling airflow and service access clear. Include the RDK7 drive, condenser fans and evaporator blower when assessing supply capacity.

  • Identify the existing evaporator and compressor when modifying an original system.
  • Include pressure controls, oil return and operating modes in the system design.
  • Allow for the module weight when designing its support and lifting arrangement.
