Include the model, serial number, order reference and installation details in your support request. Describe the symptoms, operating conditions and when the issue first occurred.

Manufacturer information

Published manuals and technical sheets are available on the product listing and in the technical library. Warranty coverage specific to a model or supplied configuration is set out in the applicable manufacturer and order documentation.

Consumer guarantees

A manufacturer warranty is additional to any consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Australian consumer guarantees may continue after a stated warranty period has ended. These rights are not excluded by this website.

Returning equipment

Contact us before sending equipment so we can identify the correct return destination and handling requirements. Keep the product and order details available for the review.
