Do you support individual buyers as well as projects?+
Yes. We welcome enquiries for individual units, fleets and specialist installations through our Automotive & Motorsport, Transport & Leisure, Civil & Industrial, and Defence & Government divisions.
Can I buy a compressor without the rest of the system?+
Contact us to confirm standalone compressor supply and pricing. The exact controller, heat exchangers and installation parts must also be identified for a complete system.
Does nominal voltage establish compatibility?+
No. Model variant, current demand, controls, refrigerant circuit and installation requirements also matter.
Can engine-off runtime be estimated from battery capacity alone?+
Battery capacity is one input. Cooling load, operating conditions, electrical demand, battery characteristics and duty also need review.
Can I combine any products from the same category?+
No. Products in a category share a function, but their power, controls, refrigerant requirements and connections can differ. Check compatibility for the complete system.
Can I request a quote for several products?+
Yes. Build a shortlist, then carry the selected products and quantities into your request for a quote.
How do technical documents work?+
Open the product page to read specifications and download the available drawings and manuals.
Can I place an order online?+
Products with an Add to basket control can be purchased through checkout. For configured systems, send an enquiry with your application, required quantity and delivery destination.

How do I distinguish a component from a system?
A compressor, drive, condenser or evaporator has a defined role in the circuit. A system enquiry brings the required components, controls and installation scope together. The layout guide explains the common arrangements.
Is the whole range available for immediate online purchase?
Contact us for current product availability, prices and ordering options. Complete systems and installation-specific requirements are quoted after the equipment has been specified.
What changes for an OEM or fleet requirement?
Record the reference configuration, initial quantity, possible repeat demand, documentation and acceptance requirements. Keep the agreed revision with later ordering enquiries.
Are the application pictures photographs of supplied installations?
Industry images illustrate application types. They do not identify a customer installation or establish vehicle fitment.
Why do some documents require access review?
Some documents apply to specific models or projects and have access restrictions. We check the required version and access arrangements before providing them.
