Online orders and quotations

Products with an Add to basket control can be ordered through checkout. Configured systems and products marked Request a quote require a quotation. Sending an enquiry does not place an order. The scope and commercial terms for a quoted project are recorded in its written quotation.

Prices and delivery

Check the currency, tax, delivery charge and total shown at checkout before paying. AUD and USD values can differ as exchange rates change. Guide prices are marked and apply only to the stated scope; a configured system may have a different final price.

Support and consumer rights

If a product or delivery has a problem, use our support form with the order reference. Nothing on this website excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian customers can read about consumer guarantees from the ACCC.
