Delivery costs for online orders

If no shipping option appears, request a delivery quote with your product, quantity and delivery address.

Large equipment and custom orders

For products marked Request a quote, delivery is priced with your order. Tell us the quantity, delivery address and whether the site has a forklift or needs unloading assistance.

Delivery times

Timing depends on product availability and destination. If you need equipment by a particular date, tell us before ordering so we can check what is possible. Any delivery dates provided are estimates.

International delivery

Enter your country and postcode at checkout to check available services. For large equipment or destinations without a checkout option, request a delivery quote.

Returns and order problems

Use our support form with your order reference, product and reason for the request. Contact us before dispatching returned equipment so we can provide the correct return address and handling instructions.

Your rights
