How we handle information when you browse, make an enquiry or buy from DC HVAC Systems.

We collect the contact, delivery, billing, product and project details you submit so we can respond to enquiries, process orders and provide support. Please do not include classified, export-controlled or unnecessary personal information in a public website enquiry.
Orders and service providers
Order information is held in our WooCommerce store. Payment, delivery, hosting and email providers receive the information needed to provide their services. Payment details are processed through the payment service selected at checkout; payment providers have their own privacy notices.
Cookies and saved selections
The store uses cookies for basket, account and currency functions. Shortlists, comparisons and system-selector answers are saved in your current browser tab. The light or dark appearance preference is saved in browser storage. You can remove these through your browser settings; clearing store cookies may also clear your basket.
Access and retention
Authorised staff use enquiry and order information to deliver services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. To ask about your information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, use our support form. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Website security
Hosting and security systems may record connection and request information to operate the website and investigate misuse. Website enquiries are stored in the administration system, with notifications sent to the business. We do not publish the contact details or messages you submit.
